Yes. In order to qualify for the 3 Year Warranty the correct precautions must be taken when fitting or installing our items.

The maximum length of time required to accurately determine warranty specifics is 7 days. Most are completed within 3 business days. 

We are. Any item damaged during delivery from us to you is accounted for by us. We will send you out a replacement free of charge!

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the item being received. 

This comes down to the reasoning behind the return. 

If the customer changes his mind, he/she pays return costs.

If the part is the incorrect fit, due to an error on the website or alternative sources then we pay the freight.

If the customer orders the incorrect part due to improper research and/or diligence then he/she pays return freight costs.

The bleed nipple that exits near the filler spout can not exist on other radiator types. Also there is two ways the thermo fans can mount to these. 1 being our type (oval pins), or T Style. Ours is Nipple Type, with OVAL Pin Thermo Fans.
